Job Title: Corporate Account Handler – Harrogate
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Office-based, Harrogate (5 days per week)

The Role
As a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll be working with premiums typically starting from £20,000 upwards, managing a portfolio of valued clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, giving you exposure to complex commercial risks and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, expert team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of commercial policies.
Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general account handling queries.
Working closely with Account Executives to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Using Acturis to maintain records and process documentation.
Supporting office performance targets linked to retention, compliance, cross-sales, and premium credit.What We’re Looking For
An experienced Commercial/Corporate Account Handler, confident handling large, high-value clients.
A strong communicator who can multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-driven, office-based environment.
