Primary School Administrator (Arbor Experience Required)
Location: Primary School Setting
Pay: £16 - £18 an hour

We are working with a welcoming primary school seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team. This is a busy, varied role and would suit someone confident using Arbor and experienced working within a school environment.
The Role:
Provide administrative support to the school office
Use Arbor daily for pupil data, attendance and reporting
Manage registers, admissions and pupil records
Support safeguarding and compliance processes
Handle parent and visitor enquiries professionally
Support the senior leadership and teaching teams with admin tasks
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous school administration experience
Be confident using Arbor (essential)
Have strong organisational and IT skills
Be professional, approachable and reliable
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced school environment
Have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures
