We are on the lookout for a skilled Gas Engineer to join our dynamic Repairs and Maintenance team in Birmingham. If you’re ready for a role that offers variety, stability, and great perks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient servicing, maintenance, and repair of gas systems across both residential and commercial properties — playing a key role in keeping our customers warm, safe, and satisfied.
? What You'll Be Doing:

Service, maintain, and repair gas appliances and heating systems
*
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults during routine inspections
*
Carry out reactive maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns
*
Communicate clearly with clients and tenants, offering advice where needed
*
Keep accurate records of all work completed
*
Join the on-call rota for out-of-hours support

✅ What We're Looking For:
*
Gas Safe registered (valid ID required)
*
Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Gas Engineering
*
Proven experience in gas maintenance and repair
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Background in property maintenance or construction
*
Additional plumbing or heating qualifications a bonus
