Position: Registered Manager

Salary: Starting from £75,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Near Worthing, West Sussex

A well-respected and reputable care organisation is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large, high-performing service located near Worthing in West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a clear vision for service improvement and growth.

Key Requirements:

Must be a Registered Manager with experience in the social care sector

Proven experience managing a large care home or service

Strong commissioning experience, ideally having overseen new service launches or major restructures

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a large team

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, with experience turning around services and maintaining Good ratings

Strong commercial acumen with proven success increasing occupancy and improving financial performance

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
