About the Role
Are you highly organised and detail-focused? We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our busy transport department, supporting the Fleet Manager in overseeing 170+ vehicles, including vans, lorries, and cars.
Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth fleet operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics with efficiency.
Your Daily Responsibilities
✅ Issuing fuel cards to drivers and managing allocation records.
✅ Maintaining fleet registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✅ Updating maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and checks.
✅ Processing penalty charges, ensuring correct documentation.
✅ Coordinating vehicle logistics for deliveries, collections, and movements.
✅ Managing driver records, ensuring all files are up to date.
✅ Arranging company vehicle deliveries and ensuring smooth transitions for drivers.
