Swift Placements are delighted to be supporting a well established legal firm based in Chester, this firm has fantastic retention and keeps its value at the absolute heart of everything they do! They are currently seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Residential Property team.

The successful candidate will provide support to a Residential Solicitor/Partner with their caseload. This firm offers real succession planning so if you are looking to join an authentic law firm that you can develop and thrive within apply below!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Residential Property such as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

Duties:

* Assist Solicitor in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and real estate closing statements.

* Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and legal articles.

* Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems.

* Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, gather information, and provide updates on case status.

* Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings.

* Draft correspondence and assist in drafting legal documents.

Experience:

* Degree in law/LPC.

* Proven experience within residential property work.

* Previous experience as a Paralegal within the specific field.

* Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
