Description

As the Production Manager (Evenings) you will be tasked with the following;

Manage evening production operations to meet output and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Monitor and optimise production schedules to improve efficiency.
Lead and support the evening production team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Oversee maintenance of equipment to prevent disruptions in production.
Implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Report production performance and address any challenges promptly.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Profile

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

£42,000 per annum.
Evening shift hours: Monday-Thursday, 1.00pm-10.00pm.
25 days of holiday leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
