Location: Banbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Banbury branch and seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:

* Generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client meetings

* Attending client visits to build and maintain strong working relationships

* Attracting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

* Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and assessments

* Performing on-site check-ins and ongoing support for temporary workers

* Managing client requirements from brief to placement with professionalism and urgency

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a call centre environment is highly desirable

* Confident, proactive, and able to work to KPIs and sales targets

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* A professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure

* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role (client visits, check-ins, etc.)
