Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute break)
Pay Rate: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour

Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in the M21 postcode area of Manchester. This Teaching Assistant role starts in September and is long-term and full-time, offering a chance to support pupils within a well-established SEN provision that caters to a range of needs.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is confident, compassionate, and committed to making a difference in the lives of children with SEND. The successful Teaching Assistant will be part of a supportive team that works hard to create engaging, structured, and nurturing learning experiences for every pupil.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting up to seven pupils in a dedicated SEN provision
Support KS1 and KS2 learners with a variety of developmental and educational needs
Help deliver tailored interventions under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff
Provide consistent support to pupils' social and emotional development
Help create a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Contribute to the wider school community as a valuable Teaching AssistantIdeal Experience for the Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school or SEN environment
Familiarity with supporting children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs
Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
