Salary: £32,000–£35,000 (DOE)
A leading consumer goods business is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Demand Planner / Supply Planner to join its UK Operations team. This is a junior-level opportunity ideal for someone with strong data skills who wants to develop within forecasting, planning, and supply chain analytics.
The Role
Analyse sales forecasts, highlight risks and anomalies
Cleanse historical data to improve forecasting accuracy
Maintain product lifecycle data (phase in/phase out)
Update forecasts and support monthly demand reviews
Monitor overselling/underselling SKUs weekly
Produce regular reporting on forecast accuracy
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the planning team What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
Experience in Demand or Supply Planning desirable, not essential
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS)
SAP experience is highly advantageous
