Are you a Commercial Property Lawyer on the look out for a new challenge with a company that can boast an excellent reputation?

We are currently recruiting for a commercial property lawyer to join a thriving team in Bath. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment. The team in question is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK.

You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

Acquisitions and disposals
Leases
Lease renewals
Lease management
Property finance
Development projects
Corporate transaction support.As the new Commercial Property Lawyer you will:

Have the ability to solve problems
Be Client-focused and have strong client handling skills
Be able to instil client confidence
Possess good negotiating skills
Have strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Can-do attitude
Display flexibility and be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
Show a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlines
