We are looking for an Internal Sales & Enquiry Coordinator to work for a growing family-owned business in Grantham, with over 10 sites in total across the UK. You will be responsible for improving the customer experience by proactively following up on quotes, leads and enquiries.
Job responsibilities include:
Communicate with customers via both phone and e-mail to follow up on quotations and gain their feedback, purchasing timelines and decision status
Respond to inbound enquiries and direct them to the correct sales or technical teams
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of all customer communication
Inform the sales teams of any delays or potential lost opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service experience
Experience required:
Previous experience within a Sales, Customer Service or Internal Account Management role
Experienced with CRM Systems and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel and Teams)
Experienced with the Construction / Manufacturing industry
