The Role – What You’ll Do as Clinical Lead:

As Clinical Lead, you’ll take the lead in assessing care needs, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You'll inspire and guide our team of nurses and care staff, championing a culture of kindness, safety, and clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

Residential care experience

Strong leadership, care planning, and documentation skills

A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional care

A confident communicator who builds strong team and family relationships
