Tiny Tots Recruitment is currently working with a well-established 49-place nursery based in the lovely village of Earls Barton. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and inspiring Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team.

Your Role Will Include:

Creating a warm, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Planning and delivering purposeful, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS
Being a caring Key Person to a small group of children
Supporting children's emotional, social and intellectual development
Building strong relationships with children, families and your team
Promoting a safe, secure and happy space – especially during mealtimes and play
Ensuring all policies and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times About You:

You're kind, nurturing and confident working within a team
You hold a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3)
You're knowledgeable in the EYFS and passionate about early years education
