Hours: Choose your own start times and day of work out of Friday and/or Sunday.

Pay rates:

* (AFTERS PAYE): Friday £17.60, Sunday £18.61

* (AFTERS ROLLEDUP): Friday £19.72, Sunday £20.86

* (NIGHTS PAYE): Friday £18.10, Sunday £21.96

* (NIGHTS ROLLEDUP): Friday £20.28, Sunday £24.61

Location: Barnsley, S74.

Job Type: Long-term, ongoing.

The role:

* Trunking to one depot, ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels.

* Ability to work every Friday and/or Sunday

* Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision.

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.

* Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road.

* Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Requirements:

* Must be able to work both Friday & Sunday OR one of the 2

* At least 6 months' HGV driving experience.

* Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).

* Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

* No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

* Successful completion of practical / theory assessment.

* Full understanding of WTD legislation.
