We work in partnership with a range of supportive schools across Tower Hamlets and Newham, placing passionate professionals into long-term roles that make a real difference – for both pupil and practitioner.

What We Offer:

Pay rates: £100–£135 per day for TAs, £135–£170 for HLTAs

Other specialist rates available based on skills and experience

Full-time, long-term roles starting this September

Training provided for candidates new to SEND

Who We're Looking For:

SEND TAs and HLTAs with classroom experience

*

1:1 Support staff with a nurturing, adaptable approach

*

Individuals with backgrounds in behaviour, care, youth services, SEMH or complex needs

*
