Key Responsibilities:
1-2 days’ work from home
Represent the team as a first point of contact with excellent customer service
General administrative tasks
Maintain systems/software requirements and processes
Keep accurate and up to date records
Maintain and support the teams schedule and calendar
Create, update, and close jobs on Firas system
Export reports and information on Boris & One Trace and escalate potential issues
Compile Operations & Maintenance manuals
Own and maintain project registers for clients
Requirements and Skills:
Up to 12 months experience in admin role within construction
Strong planning and prioritisation skills while using initiative to work towards tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
Numerate with strong attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages (especially Excel) and SharePoint
Knowledge of laws/regulations, industry trends, Boris & One trace software desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate
