Primary SEMH Teacher - Full-Time

A specialist primary setting in Salisbury is seeking a committed and resilient SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Teacher to join their team. This full-time role begins in November 2025 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEMH.
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to promote pupil wellbeing and progress.
Use positive behaviour strategies and trauma-informed approaches to support engagement.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience working with children with SEMH or in specialist settings
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
