We’re looking for a Production Planner to join a busy and dynamic team, playing a key role in coordinating operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient production scheduling.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating production workflow across all departments

*

Creating and managing daily production schedules

*

Planning and prioritising to reduce delays and maximise performance

*

Entering/amending orders and maintaining sensible stock levels

*

Generating key reports for management, stock levels, and production status

*

Communicating plans clearly to production, despatch, and logistics teams

*

Liaising with Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing to meet demand and maintain service excellence

? What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a planning/scheduling role, ideally in food/FMCG manufacturing

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

*

Confident using planning systems, data reporting, and stock control tools

*

A collaborative team player with attention to detail
