Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker on behalf of a client based in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.

* Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling of materials.

* Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.

* Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

* Maintain an organised warehouse environment by properly storing materials and products.

* Build pallets and prepare items for dispatch according to company standards.

* Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy in inventory records.

Experience

* Previous experience in a warehouse setting.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

* Proven ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Temp to perm, hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm / 10am-7pm
