Description
Manage CEO's diary, inbox, travel, and expenses
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings and follow-ups
Lead trustee recruitment, induction, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and reporting
Support internal communications and leadership operations
Maintain policy library and contribute to safeguarding culture
Liaise with senior stakeholders and represent the CEOProfile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Exceptionally organised and calm under pressure
Experienced in C-suite support and charity governance
Skilled in prioritising and managing complex workloads
Emotionally intelligent and discreet with sensitive info
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
