40 hrs per weekThe Role
As Lead Designer, you'll be at the heart of their design team. With at least 5 years' Tekla experience, you'll take ownership of design development while guiding and mentoring others. Your expertise will ensure our projects meet the highest technical standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements - all while fostering collaboration across design, engineering, and installation teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading design development from concept through to final approval.
Managing and supporting a team of designers, encouraging best practice.
Collaborating with engineering, production, and site teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Reviewing and signing off drawings and technical documents.
Solving design challenges and providing clear, practical solutions.
Sharing expertise and mentoring junior colleagues.
Driving continuous improvement in design processes and standards.What We're Looking For

A strong background in Tekla Structures (5+ years' experience).
Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach with an eye for detail.
Passion for innovation and continuous professional growth.
