Keyholder/Sales Assistant
Location: Cambridge.
Hours: 15 hours across 3 days, inclusive of weekends.
Salary: £12.95 P/H
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Keyholder to represent a well-respected brand, in one of our key locations. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring that the in-store brand presentation meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, offering expert advice and guiding them through their sale.
Be responsible for opening and closing the store, following security procedures.
Use company sales techniques to convert opportunities into sales and meet targets.
Assisting senior staff members with visual merchandising.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store at all times.
Assisting in leading the team, in the absence of management.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Complete stock takes and ensure stock accuracy.
Handling end of day banking and administration.
Continuously build product knowledge through training and self-learning, sharing insights with store colleagues.
Represent company values and uphold brand standards, including dress code and conduct. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Retail Sales Experience, ideally within a premium brand, preferably homeware is essential.
Able to travel between the two stores on set required days.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
