Salary: £28,000 – £34,000, depending on experience

Flexible working: Start your day any time between 8:30am and 9:30am, with corresponding flexible finish times

Your role will include:

*

Preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships

*

Taking part in statutory audit fieldwork, supporting the wider team in delivering efficient audit processes

*

Preparing VAT returns, corporation tax returns, and management accounts

*

Discussing management accounts with clients to help them understand and grow their businesses

*

Supporting clients on widely-used accounting software, including Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Digita

What we’re looking for:

*

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in public practice (including exposure to audit)

*

Ideally ACA or ACCA part-qualified – though those qualified by experience will be considered

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients

*

Confidence using Microsoft Excel and a range of accountancy software
