The Role - Quantity Surveyor

My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the glazing, facade, and curtain wall industry to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process within projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit tender documents, budgets, and estimates for glazing, facade, and curtain wall projects

* Conduct site visits to gather information and assess requirements

* Review and analyse project specifications and drawings

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
