I am working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector looking for a Java Tech Lead to join on a 1 year contract. 

BPSS (SC preferred/ SC eligible)
Newcastle beneficial but not essential (1x a week initially, then onsite for team exercises)
Inside IR35
 
Essential technical skills:

Java/Spring
NodeJS / Express / NextJS
CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI)
Mongo NoSQL databases
TDD + Unit testing
AWS Cloud Technologies (SQS/SNS/ECS/Lambda/KMS)
Apache Kafka 
Docker/Containerization
Git
IaC (Terraform)
