Experienced Solderer - Eastleigh
Pay: £12.28 - £12.56 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

Our client, based in Eastleigh, is seeking an experienced Solderer to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid background in electronics assembly and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform conventional PCB assembly and mechanical assembly tasks.

Accurately identify electronic components and complete kitting processes.

Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards at all times.

Maintain clear communication and work effectively as part of a team.

Comply with company codes of conduct and quality standards.

Carry out tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisors.

Undertake any additional duties as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in soldering and manufacturing electronic assemblies.

Ability to work from technical drawings and component lists.

Strong team player with good communication skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
