About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hard‑working Labourer to support our civils and drainage teams across a range of essential infrastructure projects. This role involves assisting skilled operatives, and contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, unloading and organising materials, tools, and equipment.
Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage tasks, and general groundwork.
Follow instructions from supervisors, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
Support teams working on drainage systems, including assisting with repair or installation tasks where trained.

What You'll Bring

Strong work ethic
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable:
CSCS card
Streetworks (NRSWA)
Driving licence
Experience in drainage/civils or groundworks environments
