Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in delivering engaging and throught-provoking Geography lessons that spark curiosity about the world and its people.

* Plan and deliver well-structured Geography lessons

* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of physical and human geography

* Assess and track pupil's progress, providing constuctive feedback.

* Manage behaviour throughout the classroom, adhering to school policies where needed.

* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

* QTS

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography

* The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.

* Excellent classroom / behaviour management and communication skills.
