Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

TimePlan Education is currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistants to join our team in Milton Keynes. Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual needs are met within the classroom environment.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO.
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the participation and engagement of all students.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SENCO as required.
Support students with personal care and mobility needs, if necessary.Requirements:

Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one.Benefits:
