Guided Talent is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join their client's team on a full-time permanent basis. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement within the retail fashion sector. The Social Media Executive will manage various social media platforms, create compelling photography and videography content, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement innovative campaigns. The Social Media Executive will have a proven track record in social media marketing, combined with creativity and a keen eye for visual content.

* Proven social media marketing experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in the field

* Strong photography and videography skills to create engaging visual content

* Interest or experience in fashion and/or retail fashion sectors

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

* Understanding of social media analytics and ability to adapt strategies accordingly

* Proactive, creative, and self-motivated approach to content creation and campaign development
