About the Role

You’ll join a tight-knit team producing bespoke fabricated parts for a range of engineering sectors. It’s varied, hands-on work and you’ll be involved in:

* MIG welding mild steel to a high standard from technical drawings.

* Fabrication work using onsite machinery – grinders, plasma cutters, mag drills, etc. (training provided where needed).

* Working from engineering drawings, with a strong focus on detail and quality.

* Occasionally helping with other tasks in the workshop when required.

What we’re looking for

* A minimum of3 years’ MIG welding experience (TIG would be a bonus but not essential).

* Comfortable reading and working from fabrication drawings.

* Hands-on experience in a fabrication environment – using tools, machinery, and working to tight tolerances.

* Good attention to detail and a pride in producing clean, accurate work.

* A full UK driving licence and own transport (rural location).

Hours & Pay

* Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm, Friday: 8am – 3:15pm

* Overtime available from 6am and on Saturday mornings – all paid at time and a half.

* £15.50 - £17 per hour depending on experience
