As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Taking full ownership of day-to-day retail operations and store performance

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team

Driving store sales, KPIs and profitability through strong commercial awareness

Ensuring outstanding customer service at all times

Managing stock, visual merchandising and store standards

Overseeing recruitment, training, performance management and team development

Taking responsibility for all aspects of compliance, reporting and P&L

We're looking for a retail leader who:

Has experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment

Leads from the front with a hands-on, positive management style

Is commercial, customer-focused and target-driven

Can demonstrate success in team development, sales growth and operational excellence
