Warehouse Supervisor – Counterbalance Forklift

Location: Walsall

Our agency is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a reputable client within the logistics and distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff

* Operating a counterbalance forklift when required

* Responsible for loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

* Ensuring stock control, accuracy, and correct storage procedures

* Maintaining health & safety standards at all times

* Liaising with management, drivers, and warehouse staff

* Completing basic administrative and reporting tasks using Microsoft systems

Requirements:

* Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)

* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

* IT literate with the ability to use warehouse systems

* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

* Reliable, organised, and able to lead a team effectively
