Job Title: M & E Site Manager

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: £270 a day CIS

Site management for all MEP Elements of work. This includes RAMS reviews, daily inspections, and other duties associated with Principal Contractor site management of the MEP Packages. Packages include Mech - Chilled Water, Plumbing, Ductwork, BMS; Elec - Generators, Fire and Fire Suppression, LV Switchboards, HV transformers, Containment, etc Qualification Needed: First Aid, CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS, Construction Qualification for the packages. Compliance Required: TBC Health and Safety Risks: Construction site risks including Mechanical and Electrical elements.

Candidate must have relevant qualifications and able to pass DBS
