A contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a demolition-led project in Oxford. This role offers full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-value scheme.

The Project

A £9m demolition project involving controlled demolition works, site clearance, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors in a live environment.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for site operations, safety, and programme delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily site activities and subcontractors

Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme

Overseeing demolition methodology and sequencing

Maintaining site records, permits, and reporting

Liaising with project management and engineers

About You

Strong background managing demolition projects

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

Confident managing safety-critical operations

Hands-on, delivery-focused approach
