Job Title: ASB Team Leader
Contract: Full-time, Interim

About You:
We're looking for a confident ASB Team Leader with solid experience handling serious anti-social behaviour cases and leading teams. If you're someone who's proactive, people-focused, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Bring:

Experience managing or supervising a team in a housing or community safety setting

Great communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence dealing with a range of people

Strong knowledge of anti-social behaviour and what it takes to manage high-level cases

A real commitment to doing things right - from data protection to equality and diversity

A track record of delivering results and hitting targets

A good understanding of housing management and relevant legislation

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting and guiding a small, dedicated Community Safety Team

Helping to improve how we deal with ASB and how residents experience our service

Working with partners like police and local agencies to tackle issues in the community

Reviewing cases and making sure everything's on track, compliant, and high quality

Handling complaints and member enquiries when needed

Taking part in a 24/7 emergency duty rota (shared with the team)
