Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer

£45k - £55k dependent on experience

Well-established family-run business providing high-quality mechanical services across Oxfordshire and surrounds is looking for a Commercial Engineer to join the team due to continued growth. The position offers good career progression.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of mechanical services, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, high-quality workmanship, and a flexible approach to a variety of tasks. This is a hands-on role that includes installation, maintenance, and fault-finding across a broad range of systems including commercial boilers.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on boilers and related appliances
• Commission heating and plumbing systems
• Install plumbing and heating systems in both domestic and commercial properties
• Carry out gas installation work, including hot and cold water services
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Manage and run assigned projects effectively
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
• Travel to various sites across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties as required

Key Requirements
• Commercial and Domestic Gas Qualifications (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating/Ventilation or equivalent
• Proven experience in servicing and fault-finding on boilers and heating appliances
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Qualifications in Renewable Energy and/or OFTEC are desirable
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
