An Outstanding secondary school in Solihull is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join their successful Humanities department from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Psychology Teacher who can deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS4 and KS5. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum, a passion for Psychology, and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for all students.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or PGCE

*

Strong academic background in Psychology or a related subject

*

Ability to teach Psychology at GCSE and A-Level

A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing development

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

*

Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons that inspire and challenge learners

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary

*

Contribute to departmental planning, resource development, and enrichment opportunities

*

Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

*

Engage in the wider life of the school and continuous professional development

Salary:
MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
