Regional Operations Manager - South London/Surrey/Kent 

Salary : c£50,000 + Car or allowance (£6,600) + bonus (up to 10%)

The Role :

Oversee and manage daily branch operations across multiple teams - service, project and administration 
Drive team performance to meet operational and financial targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Monitor branch profitability and implement improvement initiatives
Support and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Experience Required:

Proven management experience
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, standards and regulations
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency
Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with business goals
