We are currently working with a dedicated specialist school in Tilehurst seeking a caring and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time, term-time basis. The school supports children and young people aged 3-19 with severe learning disabilities, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Key Information - Psychology Graduate Role:

Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Tilehurst
Hours: Full-time, 08:30-15:00 (term-time only)The role of psychology graduate would suit someone who:

Has a warm, approachable, and engaging personality
Remains calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations
Ideally has some experience working with children or young people (not essential)
Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Is exploring a long-term career in education, psychology, or youth services
Holds a minimum of a grade C/Level 4 in GCSE Maths and EnglishKey Responsibilities of a psychology graduate :

Provide academic and emotional support to pupils in class
Help create a safe, positive learning environment
Work one-on-one or in small groups, delivering tailored interventions
Monitor student progress and share insights with the wider school team
