Our client requires a Business Manager to join their successful sales department in the Gloucester area

Working for an Automotive Dealer Group, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.

You can expect On Target Earnings of £50,000 with a base salary of £30,000, you will be working 45.5 hours a week – Monday – Saturday with no Sundays required except during the March and September months.

45.5 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1-hour lunch). Day off in lieu of the week and 1 late shift per week.
No Sundays are required except during the March and September months.Duties:

Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
Build a rapport with Customers Requirements:

Have a previous experience within a Dealership environment
Excellent Customer Service Skills
A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
