As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you’ll work closely with all internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will provide world-class service and support to our valued clients.
?? Key Responsibilities
Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone and email
Accurately raise orders in our system
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Administrative tasks as the role requires
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams
? About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
A strong communicator, both written and verbal Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in a similar office based role, confident working with numbers and written correspondence Driven to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience of a similar office based position essential
