An excellent opportunity for an engineer from a forces or security cleared background looking for a leadership role offering industry specific training and a genuine platform for career development.

This is a great chance to work in a specialist role directly on the naval base, offering great variation and autonomy when leading projects.

You will be working for a specialist engineering company that supports a range of blue chip customers across a variety of industries. This is a progressive role where you will coordinate the delivery on a range of engineering installations, managing teams of engineers but also being hands on when required.

This is a great role for an ambitious person who is looking to pursue a leadership role whilst also receiving full training and support from your employer.

Due to the role being based on the naval base, the role ideally suits some who is from a forces background or has familiarity of working within this sort of environment.

The Role:
- Engineering Project Leader – Portsmouth Naval Base.
- Manage teams of engineering subcontractors and support hands on engineering installations.
