As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us provide exceptional staffing solutions to schools.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Thrive, you will build strong partnerships with schools, attract and manage a pool of high-quality education professionals, and deliver a fast, reliable and ethical recruitment service.

You will:

Manage the full 360 recruitment process for education roles

*

Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools across the region

*

Source, register and interview teachers, support staff and education specialists

*

Fill daily supply, long-term and permanent vacancies

*

Meet weekly and monthly targets with support from our leadership team

*

Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Thrive’s values

*

Contribute to a positive, professional and energetic team culture

Experience in education or previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential — we’re open to candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
