We are looking for a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer focusing on Enforcement and Licensing work. The role is within a local authority based in Greater Manchester, and they’re looking for someone who can manage a varied prosecutions caseload and handle advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.

Role Responsibilities

* Manage a general caseload of prosecutions and regulatory matters.

* Support enforcement and licensing teams with legal advice as needed.

* Prepare case files and relevant documentation for hearings.

* Assist with licensing‑related work and associated legal processes.

* Carry out advocacy for routine hearings where required.

Start Date; ASAP

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in office)
