FINTEC recruit is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a modular building company based in Lincoln. This is a permanent position with base salary £40,000 with OTE £50k to £70k plus mileage allowance & benefits.

Responsibilities:

Managing housing/modular build projects which include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes.

Involved in construction fit out, refurb & building project management

Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors

Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects

Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects

Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects.

Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress

Skills and Experience required for the Construction Project Manager role:

Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings

Experience leading projects from cradle to grave

Knowledge and experience Microsoft suite - Microsoft Projects etc

Background experience of management, budgeting, analysis and QS skills

RICS qualifications an advantage
