Job Title: Assembly Operative - PCB Assembly

? Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
? Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
? Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join our growing team in Birmingham. This hands-on role involves assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and ensuring high-quality production standards. If you have basic soldering skills and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you-training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble through-hole PCB components with precision.
Read and interpret assembly diagrams and instructions.
Perform basic programming tasks related to assembly.
Conduct end-of-line testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
Solder and desolder components as required.
Maintain flexibility with working hours, including occasional overtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic soldering skills (essential).
Experience with PCB assembly (preferred, but training available).
Ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions.
A proactive team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
