Showroom Team Leader
to support daily operations and drive performance.
The Role
As a Showroom Team Leader, you’ll support the Showroom Manager in leading the team to success, from sales and service excellence to problem solving and performance coaching. You’ll manage your own sales pipeline while monitoring the performance and workload of Sales Advisors. You will be a key face of the showroom, conducting client appointments and delivering tailored interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in sales, customer service, and complaint resolution
Manage your own leads while supporting Sales Advisors with their pipelines
Conduct showroom appointments and guide clients through the full sales cycle
Provide expert product knowledge, sizing, pricing, and design suitability
Handle quotations, invoices, payments, and aftersales care
Support new starter inductions and training
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
Ensure all CRM records and client interactions are accurately logged
Coordinate sample dispatch, showroom presentation, and showroom admin
Act as a key point of contact for escalations or showroom issues
About You:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (luxury goods or interiors desirable)
Proven track record in a showroom or retail environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with natural leadership ability
Experience using a CRM and Microsoft Office tools
Passion for interiors and premium customer experience
Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
