The Team & Focus of the Role

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative support?

Our Infrastructure Services team continue to expand and as such, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to come and join our team based in Banbury.

At Fisher German our customers and clients are at the heart of what we do. Our Infrastructure Services division assists in delivering projects for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.

This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter and really thrives working in fast paced environments with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide great service both to internal colleagues and external clients.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Banbury office within our hybrid working policy. We are also open to discussing part-time and flexible working requirements.

In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

Duties will include:

* Answering the phone and redirecting calls professionally.

* Dealing with general enquiries from clients and internal teams.

* Preparing documents including letters, reports, and templates

* Creating and running reports as required

* Performing mail merges and document automation tasks

* Conducting data analysis and cleansing to maintain database accuracy

* Creating COIs (Certificates of Interest)

* Placing stationary/supplies orders

* Administrative tasks include invoicing, managing incoming mail, filing documents, and inputting and maintaining data.

The successful candidate will have...

* Have excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Polite and professional manner when dealing with the general public

* Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Managing own workload and prioritising tasks

* Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal
